2026 CWAA Annual Convention
The 89th Annual Convention of the Cotton Warehouse Association of America will be held June 10 - 13, 2026 at the beautiful Grand Hyatt Vail Resort and Spa, located at 1300 Westhaven Dr. in Vail, Colorado.
The convention is a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends in the industry and build new relationships with the members and guests of CWAA. Keep checking back to this page as we will be posting more details about the meeting as they are confirmed.

Lodging Information
The Grand Hyatt Vail Resort and Spa is offers a refined mountain escape for year-round adventure. It is ranked in the top five for Best Hotels In Vail by U.S. News & World Report. There is looping shuttle transportation from the resort into Vail Village and Lionshead Village every 20 minutes.
Making Reservations
A room block has been negotiated with Grand Hyatt at a rate of $269/night with a $60 resort fee per room, per day.
You may make your room reservations online through our group portal by clicking here. If you prefer to call the hotel to make your reservations, you may do so by calling 1-800-831-3306 between 8am-5pm MST Monday through Friday and 8am-4pm MST on Saturdays.
The reservation portal and group room rate will be available until May 12, 2026.
If you are planning on arriving prior to the meeting or staying after, the special room rates are valid 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting.

Cotton Classic Golf Tournament
This year's Cotton Classic Golf Tournament will be at the EagleVail Golf Club located at 459 Eagle Drive in Avon, CO.
The EagleVail Golf Club is scenic and challenging 18 hole, par 71 golf course that offers expansive views highlighting the beauty of the Colorado Rocky Mountains at 7,650 feet elevation.
The cost to play in the Cotton Classic Tournament is $225. Golf carts, range balls and boxed lunches will be provided for golfers.
Golf club rental is available (at your own cost). Cost to rent clubs is $75.
The tournament will be played in a four player scramble format with teams grouped evenly by handicap. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams, as well as individuals posting the longest drive and closest to the hole.
Golf Course Dress Code
Proper attire for the the EagleVail Golf Club is as follows:
- Gentlemen: Collared shirts (or mock/full turtleneck or mock neck) and golf slacks/shorts
- Ladies: Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts, blouses and golf specific t-shirts
- Tank tops, t-shirts, cut-offs, sweatpants, athletic shorts, swim trunks, tennis shorts and denim are not permitted
Getting To The Grand Hyatt Vail
The Grand Hyatt Vail Resort and Spa is 34 miles from Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and 121 miles from Denver Internatonal Airport (DEN).
EGE hosts Alaska, Delta, United and American Airlines.
DEN hosts most major airlines.
