2024 CWAA Annual Convention
The 87th Annual Convention of the Cotton Warehouse Association of America will be held June 26 - 29, 2024 at the beautiful Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, California.
The convention is a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends in the industry and build new relationships with the members and guests of CWAA. Keep checking back to this page as we will be posting more details about the meeting as they are confirmed.

Making Reservations
A room block has been negotiated with The Meritage at a rate of $299/night. You may make your room reservations online through our group portal by clicking here. If you prefer to call the hotel to make your reservations, you may do so by calling 1-888-965-7090. Be sure to tell them you are with the CWAA group to get our group room rate. The reservation portal and group room rate will be available until May 31, 2024.
If you are planning on arriving prior to the meeting or staying after, the special room rates are valid 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting.
The deadline to make your reservations with the discounted room rate is Friday, May 31, 2024.

Cotton Classic Golf Tournament
This year's Cotton Classic Golf Tournament will be at the Eagle Vines Vineyard and Golf Club.
Eagle Vines Golf Club in Napa Valley is an 18 hole, par 72 golf course. Designed in part by the World Golf Hall of Famer, Johnny Miller, this Napa Golf Club is not only challenging, but an excellent way to indulge all the senses. Spend a day at Eagle Vines’ golf course and it may quickly become one of your favorite Bay Area golf courses.The cost to play in the Cotton Classic Tournament is $225. Golf carts, practice balls and boxed lunches will be provided for golfers.
Golf club rental is available (at your own cost) for $60 + tax.
The tournament will be played in a four player scramble format with teams grouped evenly by handicap. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams, as well as individuals posting the longest drive and closest to the hole.
Golf Course Dress Code
Proper attire for the Eagle Vines Golf Club is as follows:
- Eagle Vines Golf Club requires collared shirts and slacks or Bermuda-length shorts of a non-denim material.
- Only non-metal-spiked golf shoes are permitted.
Getting There
The Meritage Resort and Spa is about 60 miles from both the Sacramento International Airport (SAC) and the San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
It is recommended that you fly in and out of Sacramento International (SAC), if possible, as the traffic from the San Francisco International Airport is always a factor when traveling to and from the Meritage.
Travel time from Sacramento is around an hour and a half, and travel time from San Francisco averages over 2 hours.
